• Your answers to our enquiry questions (for example, whether you currently have a website, your type of business, and your project timeframe)
• Any other information you include when you contact us, request a quote, or provide content and materials during a project

Information we collect automatically when you visit our website:

• The pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and how you interact with it
• This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see section 6)

Payment information:

• When you make a payment, it is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

We collect personal information directly from you — through forms on our website, lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, email, phone, and during onboarding and projects. We also collect some information automatically through website analytics and advertising tools.

4. Why we collect and use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
• Deliver, manage and support our services
• Process payments and manage our contracts with you
• Send you marketing and updates about our services (see section 5)

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics (GA4), to understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect information about your device and browsing activity, and Meta and Google process this information on our behalf. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

7. Who we share your information with

We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) system and data storage
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and lead forms
• Google — website analytics (GA4)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Our email delivery provider — sending emails and updates
• AI and automation tools that we use (or may use) to help manage enquiries and deliver our services

We only share what is reasonably necessary for these providers to perform their services. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States (for example, GoHighLevel, Meta, Google and Stripe). By providing your personal information to us, you consent to this disclosure. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately by these providers.

Your personal information is primarily stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel). We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, manage our relationship with you, and meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

11. Accessing and correcting your information

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@websitesthatconvert.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. In some circumstances we may not be able to provide access, in which case we will explain why.

If you have a concern or complaint about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at hello@websitesthatconvert.com.au so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
